NEXT-AHU™ Up to 8,000 litres per second with Variable Outdoor Air (0 to 50%)

The NEXT-AHU™ is a heat and energy recovery outdoor air handling unit which can contribute to earning Green Star credit points and will satisfy Section J requirements of the BCA. By lowering the maximum fresh air load, the NEXT-AHU lowers the required chiller capacity reducing the payback period. Air Change NEXT-AHU™ offers: Built in Economy Cycle - When outdoor conditions are in the "comfort zone", the outdoor air will by-pass the air-to-air heat exchanger via the economy cycle dampers providing free heating and cooling and reducing the load on the water coil.   Energy Recovery Mode - When the outdoor air dampers are open the enthalpy heat exchanger pre-conditions the outside air, reducing the outdoor air load by up to 75%. Return Air Bypass - CO2 sensors vary the outdoor air intake to meet the building needs, saving energy. This energy saving option is useful for 'quick' cooling & heating modes. Direct coupled Variable Speed Drives save fan power, prolong bearing life, reduce maintenance and allow for a high level interface with Building Management Systems Spring mounted fans and motors Choice of Horizontal or Vertical Discharge Epoxy Coated Water Coils for ease of coil cleaning Slope Drain Tray for positive gravity drainage Canvas Connections eliminate vibration transmission Insulated Panel Cabinet minimise heat and energy loss through the unit
